The Sapiente aged cheese from raw sheep's milk is obtained from a process that maintains the aromas of the pasture with the most ancient dairy techniques, proudly handed down from generation to generation.

INGREDIENTS
Raw sheep milk, salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.

GMO: no GMO derived products are used to produce the cheese.
WEIGHT: shapes from 2,2 kg
STORAGE METHOD: the whole form in a cool, dry place. Once opened, the cheese should be stored at a temperature between 0°C and 4°C, wrapped in breathable food paper or natural fiber cloth. The product presents its most typical characteristics if consumed preferably within 150 days.
ALLERGENS: MILK and milk derivatives. Pasteurized sheep MILK (ingredient).
