INGREDIENTS: Parboiled rice, cattlefish ink (min. 10%), maltodestrine, salt.
OUR RECIPE 2 PERSONS: Cook in 1/2 lt. of ready salted warm water adding some onion slice gentiy tried with tornato. During cooking time add some vegetable buillon. When ready let it rest a couple of minutes before serving with grated Parmigiano cheese and a butternut.
