OUR RECIPE 4 PERSONS: Soak everything for about 30 minutes, after having drained it using a dense sieve, pour everything into a saucepan and let it flavor with oil, cook everything (about 30 minutes) adding water or broth. When cooked, the soup should be as thick as a risotto. Serve still hot.
