INGREDIENTS
Pasteurized sheep milk, salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Hay on rind for decorative purposes only. Not edible rind.

GMO: no GMO derived products are used to produce the cheese.
WEIGHT: shapes from 1.4 to 1.5 kg
STORAGE METHOD: the whole form in a cool, dry place. Once opened, the cheese should be stored at a temperature between 0°C and 4°C, wrapped in breathable food paper or natural fiber cloth. The product presents its most typical characteristics if consumed preferably within 120-150 days.
